I must admit that we were all a bit unsure about the rink as we knew it wasn’t real ice, but once we got there could see just how slippery it was by watching other skaters glide on it. As soon as we had a go we knew it was the business, we had so much fun. I’m not sure which hurts most though, my pride from looking so stiff (I used to skate a lot when I was young and hoped to show my kids a thing or two) or my sides from laughing so much at my husband landing on his fat butt! |
